I had two wonderful takeaway vegetarian Biryanis recently which were phenom!
I won't eat meat dishes as I wonder what and where it came from...
I'm going to try making my own as they don't look too difficult and I have plenty of herbs and spices indoors....Ole

Good one. I think being able to make a decent curry's a good learning curve. The original ingredients contain nothing horrible in them, so good luck with it.

I like Basmati rice, but sometimes use Pilau for curries. Up here, a winter staple's a wholesome stew.

nothing much beats a good curry. have you tried a Lakshmi soup? the one punkin makes is delicious, but there many varieties of it.
