When you see him in old films now, they're tame in comparison to the so-called "horror" movies that're made today, but I think they were more entertaining. As opposed to blood and gore for the sake of it, they had more of a storyline.

LOL - maybe because the actors did their apprenticeships in those days. Today, models and singers get into acting at the drop of a hat - and you can tell.

I guess if someone has natural talent then it doesn't matter how they start, but when I read about Tom Cruise suggesting that David Beckham could get into Hollywood films ....... : (

Yes, I was so very saddened about this amazing actor. No one else could play the role of Dracula as good as Christopher Lee. He was simply the best!!!
Mwahahahahaaaa......he certainly did the monster mash!
Lol
He also played the role of Saruman the white very very well in the Lord of the Rings films. I've got ALL the Extended DVD Boxed sets of the LOTR Trilogy.
We've got a 42" TV to watch these epic films

David Beckham....oh no! I'd only like him to be famous for just kicking a ball on the football pitch myself. not for acting

And - the worst news is, that Beckham HAS got a part in Guy Richie's new film, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Apparently it's not a starring role .... phew .....
