I know T, but I truly haven't got time during the day to sit and watch much TV. We have animals to look after, a house to run, and I have to keep schedules, blah, blah blah. This's more important than watching sport, but, I WILL be watching some later. These games're remarkable.

I'll force myself to find the time to watch some of that. I think it's fantastic how folk who have to live with some very nasty disablements can stay stay so cheerful and determined. I admire their strength of character.

Too big a place for the poverty-stricken masses, and the organisers probably hoped for far more tourists than they've got so far. When the place has a bad reputation for gangs, shootings, kidnappings, drugs .... it doesn't paint a very enviable picture does it, and because these sort of things're on the increase, I can see less and less people wanting to travel, even if it's to support things like the Olympics.
