I know how he's feeling. I've been there with a child who's had cancer. It's terrible.

Probably just haven't fallen into the jobs they'd really like to do. I suppose it's difficult for them these days, with so many choices to explore.

I think you're exaggerating, but even if it's true, all they need's plenty of support and encouragement, and maybe go along with them to see what the Job Centre has in. It can be scary to think about work if they've never tried it or they've been unemployed for a bit.

Fine, and I'm sure that by leading by example, they'll get there in the end as well. Never give up on your kids, T, however old they are, but you can guide them along the right paths by being supportive and encouraging.
