Eiffel Tower Wind Turbines

Apparently the world famous Eiffel Tower has been fitted with two wind turbines that generate 10,000kWh of electricity silently and inconspicuously. Can anyone out there verify this for us?

Yes. It seems as though the Eiffel Tower now generates its own electricity.
