I was expecting to see Kalvin Cline on this list but they are absent. Could be that they own Luxotica, but I'd expect them to be selling KC glasses in that case. I'm getting the impression that there may be more than one monopoly in the glasses frame world. LOL Of course that would negate the whole idea. It's probably like the high tech companies. Google, Apple, and Microsoft. All of them are huge approaching the power of a monopoly, but they all sell different products. Thus there is competition. Maybe glasses work the same way.

Despite all the different brands of glasses places like Walmart has on their displays, they all come from the same manufacturer. So you are probably right about one garnering almost all the business.
