well, my granddaughter, silja's eldest, has tourette's, but she's not as bad and she can control it for brief periods of time. she doesn't have a sense of humour about it though and hers is controlled by meds from what i gather, haven't talked about it with her in many moons.

come to think of it nik is an odd duck altogether. like her mom. :razz:

Laughter is the best medicine, so they way. I think the gal in the video has the right idea, but I also suspect she goes through a lot of misery off camera.

yeah, it's being a weirdo thing people love to latch onto. i had enough fun with that as a kid and i no visible oddities.

more like once they turn 7 or so...

saxon was trying to be nice the other day and suggested didn't do something (can't remember what) so i'd live longer,as i don't have that many years left any more.

LOL - brutal honesty isn't the same as being tactful. I think Saxon's heart is in the right place though.

indeed. i have no inborn diplomacy and have to have worked at it all my life. what a pain.
