I am not sure about what constitutes Filipino Cuisine. All I can say is that Asians in general are big on veggies and in preparing foods that do not need classic dinnerware to consume. Up north I had access to a few Asian specialty stores if I cared to shop there. Down here it's all plain vanilla with the exception of a few Mexican shops scattered about. I think bok choy is illegal around here.
