Apparently Amazon doesn't take that device seriously in that it's sold as a "gag" gift. If it's authentic, I have no doubt that it would work very well. I have some outlandish ideas from time to time, but I'm not really inclined to bring attention to myself. If I were a television fan I might be tempted to use it at home. But I doubt that I'd want to take it to dinner at a fancy restaurant. LOL
