For Crying Out Loud
I'm guessing we all have cried out loud at some point in our life. Have you done it outside? Deliberately? Just to relieve the stress? If so, then you must know some places are better than others to engage in this activity. Apparently the folks in Seattle are really into crying. They made a map of the best places to do it in the city.

Re: For Crying Out Loud
wow. just can't imagine...
Re: For Crying Out Loud
I wonder if St Vandal (George) uses any of these places.
Re: For Crying Out Loud
yeah, i was wondering about him, too, if not in said connection...
Re: For Crying Out Loud
I think he sobered up and went straight. It's a shame
Re: For Crying Out Loud
ikr! who said he could do that anyway, sheesh!
Re: For Crying Out Loud
I guess that's the price one pays for growing up. I wonder if he has and St Vandal kidlettes yet.
Re: For Crying Out Loud
I'm seeing a lot of females in this state sporting tattoos. Most are tolerable, but in the back of my mind it's self-mutilation. I suppose trends and social norms have changed since the '50s. It just doesn't seem right to deliberately alter the body with permanent ink. It works better for males, in my opinion, but it's still an irreversible act.
Re: For Crying Out Loud
it's like this: my body is no piece of art, perhaps picasso excepted. i find nothing sacred about it, least of all the skin. i'd love to have some of the very fine pieces, but alas, nowhere nice to display them.

on the other hand i intensely dislike heavily inked sleeves f ex. just put on a sweater, you can change it whenever you feel like.

Re: For Crying Out Loud
All very nice looking, providing you are young enough to get away with it. I can't imagine a 60-70 year old with a leg like that very first picture. Varicose veins don't go well with tats.
Re: For Crying Out Loud
but then again, you likely will get a good 40-50 yrs out of them before varicose vains and those can be removed
last dentist appointment the dentist and i were comparing artwork. she's probably 30 and really liked my penguin
