It's a Flash Player video of a penguin sliding down hills like he's a sled.
Then when it zooms out it shows he spelled out Happy New Year in the snow on the mountainside.

I think I know to what you refer. I've seen the video more than a few times. It takes a browser add-on called Flash Player in order to see it. A couple years ago the Department Of Homeland Security issued a warning about Flash wherein they advised not to use it. Who am I to ignore an official government warning like that?
