it's important to stretch everyday...but not to the extent you end up in A and E....

Well now ..... I've been reading that the "experts" don't think it's necessary for sports personalities to do stretching exercises before they do whatever they do, but I kind of disagree with that one. Before school track events, we'd bend our legs to make sure there were no "cricks" before we set off, and I personally found that it helped, so .....?

i hated the track as I had bronchitis...i do love Athletics though ...in my armchair with a chip butty..
