An amazing artist and he was killed in the 1st World War...

I find that doesn't do much good, T. It doesn't solve anything. I'd rather get up and do something, than dwell on what's gone or how to put the world to rights.

So do I though I haven't in ages ,
do you used oils, water colour or mixed media?

All sorts. I haven't quite mastered oils to any great degree, but I like doing still life pics using water colours, and like using acrylic paints for deeper colour depth.

It's an expensive hobby now though, isn't it? I bought someone an art set for Christmas, and although it worked out cheaper than buying everything individually, it still cost a lot of money, but painting's this person's great joy, so they really appreciated what they got.

Do you put the brush inbetween your toes as you paint whilst on the computer?
