Really nice, T. The meat from large crab claws is delicious. Lobster's more meaty, but obviously with a fish taste.

Mwhahahaha!! Well it's hard to explain. It has a meaty texture ... but it's fishy.

You can eat it with what you like, but it's usual to have lemon wedges when the lobster's served, and some folk have an olive oil dressing, but I don't like that. The traditional accompaniment's to have a bowl of melted, or curled butter.

Crab dressings are pretty similar, and the salad dressings can be made from lemon, mustard, olive oil (or not!), and garlic, mixed together and sprinkled over a salad which may have mango cubes mixed in with the green leaves. You don't usually have it with a mayo based dressing - but it's up to individual choice.
