I read the book and everything Doug Adams wrote that was related. He is the only science fiction author I ever read. The Hitchhikers Guide, along with Star Trek, was what fascinated technical types back in the day. It was kind of a cult following I guess.

Michael Keating looks like a familiar name but I could not find anything in his list of credits from which I know him. Apparently he was in Dr Who but I've only seen a handful of those shows.

I'm not a fan of Dr Who only when the Daleks were on..

i loved the books, but the movie i thought a dissassster!

the original star trek was pretty silly, but i loved next generation! mostly due to the captain and data. i also loved that they rewrote ltn yar's death to something more dignified than a tar pit...

Didn't want to see the movie. Rarely does the screen play do justice to the book.

School was an effort for me. I learned my lessons well, but it took me longer to do it. Now that I'm older and more brilliant than most, it doesn't matter.

That looks more like comedy than sci fi.
