I like to wash my face in cold water in the mornings, but it's different to having a cold shower!

Even when we had all the baking hot weather, cold shower water wasn't an option.

Now that's different! I'd say it was extremely invigorating. I don't care for saunas, but I'd give it a go.

Oh LOL!!! Well in Scandinavia, no one takes any notice of nakedness, and not only is the snow rolling practice beneficial to your circulation, but it's good fun. I watched a documentary about it once, and the participants were laughing their heads off. It was all in good taste. No one stands there ogling bits and pieces - and why should they? They accept a naked body as much as a dressed one.
