we used to play their singles a lot as children..

I heard all sorts of music as I was growing up, but we spent a lot of time outside, so probably didn't get into it all in the same way that you did. We'd get taken to see bands, and dragged round festivals. Then my mother passed on her record collection to me, because she wanted some more space, so I wasn't out buying music all the time like some of my friends were.

did you do skipping and play blind mans bluff?

We used to use a big skipping rope tied to a tree, or skip over 2 ropes at once. We had to do SOMEthing when we were out in't countryside, lad, and when us local kids used to get together.

Blind Man's BUFF, we used to call it - played at parties when we were about 7 or 8. You?

Yes but I'm not competitive..
Monopoly, snakes and ladders, cluedo,

I like ludo! LOOOOOL. Can't play cleudo!!

Not played Cluedo in decades and I'm not very good at it..

It's too intricate for my poor brain.

i was too little my siblings were older..
I thrived on Ker Plunk..
Did you ever play Hungry Hippos or Buckaroo?

I played those with my kids. : )

Brilliant. I now want to play the games with grandkids! Poo. I don't wish to rush on my childrens' lives, but ....... I'm a good Auntie though! : )
