I used to dye my hair in my teens and early 20's. I tried all different colours. Now it's as it is.

I'd like to try brown again, but I'm allergic to dark dyes, even henna.

That's OK. Have you ever had any weird colours added to it - like in your punk days?

it went a bit Ken dodd a few times though..

How do you mean? Sort of wild and unruly, fluffy or what?

Well I knew someone who had hair like that, and he tried all sorts of styles to try and tame it. You can buy hair preparations that do that these days, but in the end, he had his cut really short, and he still has it like that now, since he shows no sign of losing his hair.

Seems the best way. Mind you, I do that basically. I wash my hair, brush it and let it dry naturally.

Not in this weather! LOL. Not TOO long Watson, but winter or summer, I don't use a hair dryer very often. Never have.

No - as it dries, I brush it. It looks fine .... until the wind whips it about.
