Right, well I'd have to say no then. The London area's a big place, and I've been to lots of different suburbs, but probably haven't been aware of what borough I was in - if that makes sense.

not at this time of the morning but I get the nub....

Well if you take the City of London, it's only covers about a mile, so if you're walking down the road, depending on which way you go, you might end up in Whitechapel - or then again, you might find yourself in Soho. If you're in the middle of Westminster, it's even worserer, T! A few streets on, and you're either in Pimlico, Kensington, Chelsea, Mayfair ..... it's kind of confusing to those who don't know it.
