the atmosphere in London 2012 was magical just as it is in Brazil but getting a decent ticket will cost you ana arm and a leg...

Precisely, Arch. The ticket prices, plus travel and accommodation in Rio isn't worth it. It would've been great for all the sports fans in Brazil, but unfortunately, ticket prices were steep for them too, and the poorer ones didn't get a look in.

They were good weren't they? I kept seeing bits and bobs - swimming, diving, table tennis, basketball, cycling - and wow to Sophie Thornhill, the visually-impaired cyclist - equestrian events .... it was brilliant.
