After the EU vote, someone might invent a use for all the "puny" unusable strawberries which we'll have left over. As a new rule, stupid enough to be grouped alongside straight bananas and cucumbers, the EU beaurocrats've suggested that our strawberries can't be sold if they're not at least 18mm across. They also have to be unwashed, and free of moisture .... :confused: So if you grab a punnet and go to pick your own, it's tough luck if it's rained on the fruit, because wet ones can't be sold ..... :lol:

I could swear about it, because the rules we have to follow are so ridiculous. The sooner we remove ourselves from this half-baked lot, the better. : (
