I'm sure there are a billion ways to get around any food labeling laws. Having 200 names for the same ingredient must be one of them. So ... what's the down side of palm oil? If I'm not allergic to it, why should I care?

I looked at that list, and less than 10% of the names on that list have anything to do with Palm Oil. It's not even used in the process of manufacture of those chemicals. So why are they even on the list?

It seems that if you leave people to their own devices, more often than not they will consume what their body needs at the moment. As far as harming the animals goes, it's either them or us. It's a no-brainer if you ask me.
