Wow, that looks dangerous.
My granpa used to talk about getting his hair singed when he was young, it's the way most barbers did hair back then.
But not setting your head afire, hi hi...

I've burnt the hair on my arms more than once while cooking ... and I'm not a hairy kind of guy.

I have used Turkish barbers in London who use heat techniques to remove ear or nasal hair..
