I had to replace the door on an old church downtown many eons ago that looked a little similar to that, sorta.
It didn't look like a circle at the top by tying the design in with the transom and sidelight.
Instead it had two doors with transom height sidelights which formed a circle twice as wide as the doors and as high as the gable.
The wood framing which is in slots in the stonework was totally rotted out, so it became much more than just replacing one of the doors.
