Don't know about diligent, but it certainly must be of the highest quality. HINT: they don't use the NHS system.

exactly. out of curiosity i google queen lizzie and healthcare - and how predictable... got all kinds of speculations about her state of health from possible alzheimers to sore throat.

Why can't people just see she has old age? Then it wouldn't be a disease, I guess.
