on top of not having had my usual kick of coffee, just some lame tea, it's a strange, moody type of day and i'm having a hell of a time staying upright, n/m awake.

i hate that!

As I get older it seems that I need less sleep than I used to. I would expect the opposite to be true.

I thought sleeping reset the brain more or less. Apparently I don't need as much resetting as I used to and am not sure if that's good or bad.

EDIT: I found this article right after I posted this reply. Odd how that happened ...
