Dark Side of The Moon
One of NASA's deep space satellites captured pictures of the moon crossing the earth. The cool thing is that the view is from what would be the dark side (for us) and is totally illuminated by the sun.

Re: Dark Side of The Moon
The immensity of it all is amazingly beautiful but a little hair raising too...there must be more to our lives on Earth
Re: Dark Side of The Moon
We are all part of the whole. Nothing complicated about that

Re: Dark Side of The Moon
Fantastic gif image yogi. I agree tomsk....there has to be more life out there...somewhere!
As Professor Brian Cox once said in a space documentary, the universe is still expanding. Also shocked to hear that one day in the far future, he said that our Sun could well die out. Scary eh! At least we won't be around to see it happen. Will mankind be able to travel to another galaxy to colonize on another planet?
Who knows...

Re: Dark Side of The Moon
There is speculation that we humans are the result of some inter-galactic space travelers who visited eons ago.

I have seen the show only a few times. Seems like it was centuries ago. Canned laughter kind of turns me off.
