The Daily Wire reports:

The law states that it is illegal for a Kansas cop to have sex with someone pulled over for a traffic violation or someone detained in a criminal investigation.

Until recently there was no such law, and it was perfectly legal to do the dirty deed while on the job. It seems that Kansas isn't the only state were such prohibitions were not in force. It also seems odd that such a law has to be enacted specifically. But, you know, this is 2018.
