Are you in the market for buying a stolen credit card? The current price for that is $15. Passports, drivers licenses, IP addresses, and even corporate e-mail accounts (would you like an official IBM employee e-mail account?) are all available cheap. And, according to the article the prices are dropping. That means it's getting easier and easier to steal identities and the thieves are passing the savings along to their customers. One things is certain. Hackers are good businessmen.
